Your Opportunity: Amsterdam Printing, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Sales Support Representative to join the team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best quality products in a timely manner!



Your Responsibilities:

Partner with the Sales and Customer Service teams to obtain product and order information.


Answer questions on product availability and pricing.


Contact 3rd party vendors to receive status updates on orders.


Monitor shipping schedules regarding the products and ensuring everything is being shipped on time.


Other tasks as needed to meet team goals.



Your Shift:

Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime available on Saturdays.



You Must Have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to work well in a team environment.


Ability to multitask.



We Would Also Prefer:

Previous customer service experience.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
